SP Education Foundation Programs

The Springfield Platteview Education Foundation is proud to support a range of programs that enrich the educational experience for students, staff, and the community. Among these is the KidsCare program, a before- and after-school initiative operated by the Foundation at each of our district’s elementary schools. Designed to offer a safe, supportive, and engaging environment, KidsCare provides students with opportunities for learning and growth outside regular school hours.

In addition, the Alumni & Friends Society, a branch of the SPCS Education Foundation, plays a vital role in fostering connections between the district and its alumni. Through outreach efforts, relationship-building, and coordinated activities, the Society helps to strengthen the Foundation’s ability to support students, staff, and programs through fundraising and engagement. Together, these initiatives help ensure a bright future for Springfield Platteview students.
