Welcome to TeamMates Mentoring!
TeamMates is a school-based mentoring program that connects students with caring adult mentors to help them reach their full potential. Through weekly, 30–45 minute meetings, mentors and mentees build strong, lasting relationships by engaging in meaningful conversations, sharing experiences, and focusing on personal strengths. Whether it’s a conversation, a project, or just some fun activities, TeamMates mentors support and inspire students to be their best.
Our Mission
At TeamMates, we aim to positively impact the world by inspiring students to reach their full potential through mentoring.
Be Inspired: Become a Mentor
As a TeamMates mentor, you can shape the future of a young person in your community. Mentors are safe, non-judgmental, caring individuals who promise to be there each week to listen, guide, and encourage. With over 83% of mentors feeling more engaged in their personal and work life, you’ll find that being part of this incredible program benefits both you and the student.
