Have you seen a Springfield Platteview employee doing great things this month? Nominate them for our Good Vibes Employee of the Month! One employee will be recognized each month by the Superintendent and their building principal. Great things are happening at SPCS! Let’s tell people about it and reward those that are sending good vibes out into our community. Keep up the great work, everyone!  

• Who can nominate a staff member? Anyone. They must fill out the form to nominate someone. 

• Who can win as the Good Vibes Employee of the Month? Any SPCS employee can win. 

• How is the final winner selected? All names are entered into a pool and one random winner is selected once per month. All nominees are approved by the building principal before being selected as a potential winner. Nominations will remain active for one year from date of submission. 

• How will the winner be announced? The district Superintendent and building principal will make a special guest appearance into their classroom or work space. The District office will also announce the winner on social media. 

• How often can someone win? Once per year. 

• Will we alternate schools? The school or building staff member that is selected each month will be random after their name is in the final pool of nominations. We will not alternate.
