SPCS Foundation Pledges $20,000 to TeamMates Mentoring of Springfield Platteview

As the newest chapter of TeamMates, our district is thrilled to join a program that began right here in Nebraska in 1991, founded by Coach Tom and Nancy Osborne. What started small has grown into the largest school-based mentoring program in the nation, serving over 50,000 students across the country.

The Springfield Platteview Education Foundation is proud to announce that TeamMates will be the featured focus of our upcoming Play For A Purpose Auction: Rematch! fundraiser on Saturday, November 8th.

As part of this commitment, the Foundation has pledged $20,000 over the next two years from event proceeds to directly support our local TeamMates chapter.

We are thrilled to invest in TeamMates and the life-changing impact this program will have between mentors and students. Mark your calendars for November 8th, you won’t want to miss this year’s Play For A Purpose: REMATCH!
